Even if you just have a question you want to run past me before you decide on a designer for your creative project, I am happy to give you my advice, and if you want to hire me - get me involved early on in your project - some creative input early on can save a lot of costly mistakes further down the line.
Before contacting me...
Don't simply ask how much I charge for 'a design' please.
As much as this is quite often the most important question, there really isn't a 'one size fits all' answer. It really depends on what is involved, the length or type of project. Please send me your ideas and your contact/email details, along with a description of your project and your available budget. This really is something ideally that you need to work out before you contact me, or let me know if you need some advice and I am happy to help you break down and work out your budget needed.
Knowing a budget up front helps give a clear indication of how much time can be spent on a project, and subsequently how much work I can fit into the time quota. A budget figure also gives an insight into roughly how large the client is expecting the project to be.
For New Clients and New Projects there is usually a deposit required.
I work on a 50% deposit basis, where an initial invoice is generated to kickstart a project and secure my time to work with you. Once all work is completed, the invoice for the remaining balance is created, only then are the final files are supplied. Payments can be made by BACS or PayPal, alternative options can be discussed. All costs are charged in GBP (Pound Sterling).
As you would choose your builder, or your suit or your dress maker - your designer has the experience and the knowledge behind the designs and the ability to take on multiple ideas to come up with something tailored for you, the bespoke creative solution to meet your visual needs.
